Project Coordinator

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for aProject Coordinatorto join our Water Resource department.

Key Responsibilities

• Own new-hire onboarding coordination for Operations from acceptance through field readiness.
• Guide new employees through required steps answer questions and follow up until onboarding is complete.
• Communicate start dates reporting instructions site contacts travel or lodging details and first-day expectations
• Maintain onboarding trackers employee rosters contact lists crew information and project records
• Track onboarding orientation training site access badging and mobilization readiness
• Support vendor subcontractor rental-equipment delivery and service-call coordination at the direction of field leadership

Qualifications

• Highschool degree or higher
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and able to read write and speak both languages fluently and professionally
• No prior construction experience required; training will be provided
• Strong communication organization follow-up and people skills
• Comfort working with field personnel and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
