Job Summary
Project Coordinator - Commercial Millwork
The Project Coordinator is an entry level administrative and operational project management role focused on documentation logistics and scheduling. This role will work closely with our project management team our estimators production shop and General Contractors (GCs) to manage project lifecycles track material deliverables and maintain accurate documentation.
LOCATION: Wylie TX 75098
POSITION: Contract to hire
SCHEDULE: 7AM 4PM M-F
PAY: 22.00hr

Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator is an entry level administrative and operational project management role focused on documentation logistics and scheduling. This role will work closely with our project management team our estimators production shop and General Contractors (GCs) to manage project lifecycles track material deliverables and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create organize and track critical project documentation including submittal logs product data sheets RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and our internal fabrication shop to ensure specialty hardware lumber veneers and solid surfaces are ordered tracked and arrive on schedule.
- Maintain and update project timelines tracking milestones between our shop production schedule and the General Contractors on-site installation schedule.
- Act as a primary administrative point of contact ensuring clear timely email and phone updates pass between GCs field and internal teams.
- Senior PMs in tracking project budgets compiling monthly progress billings and organizing vendor invoices.
- Compile complete closeout packages for GCs including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals material warranties and care instructions while tracking final punch-list completion.
Qualifications & Skills
- 12 years of administrative experience in a construction manufacturing or trade subcontractor environment (e.g. Project Assistant Project Coordinator Contracts Administrator).
- Basic ability to navigate architectural plan sets is a plus.
- Strong mastery of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Procore or manufacturing ERP software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational habits sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project files simultaneously without losing track of deadlines.
- Confident proactive and professional verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with commercial clients and internal teams.
