Project Coordinator

Were seeking a dynamic individual to join Stellantis People Purpose & Culture Organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital employee experience and brand activation strategy across North America. Located in the vibrant city of Auburn Hills MI youll be at the heart of our operations contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace culture.

As a key player in our team you will manage the day-to-day coordination governance and execution of content across various digital platforms. Your role will ensure a seamless engaging and brand-consistent experience for our employees. You will collaborate with multiple departments to leverage our digital spaces effectively for storytelling engagement and activation.

• Manage content intake review approval and scheduling for digital screens and activation spaces.
• Coordinate with Brand Teams Marketing Corporate Communications Facilities AV and People Purpose & Culture to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
• Maintain content governance processes including calendars and approval workflows.
• Monitor digital experiences to ensure optimal functionality and employee engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders utilizing the digital ecosystem for communications and activations.
• Track and report on content utilization and engagement metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through storytelling and digital content.
• Coordinate logistics for employee engagement activities and brand activations.
• Anticipate risks to project timelines and recommend solutions for successful execution.
• Support development and documentation of standards and processes for digital experiences.

• Bachelors Degree is required.
• Ability to work 40 hours weekly Monday Friday 8am-5pm onsite.

• Experience in digital content management and experiential activations.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
