Project Controls Specialist

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Controls Specialist to join our talented and energetic team.Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract structure establishes a cost ceiling for all construction activities while maintaining full transparency and accountability between the Owner and this role you will be responsible for developing a detailed GMP that includes all labor materials equipment subcontractor costs general conditions contingencies and allowances required to complete the project.

What youll do:

  • Align the GMP with preliminary & baseline schedule to confirm labor and equipment forecasts.
  • Facilitate coordination between estimating project management field operations and engineering to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Validate revisions to ensure changes are incorporated into the GMP.
  • Maintain a formal GMP Risk Register.
  • Work closely with Project Management Team to:

Who you are:

  • Bachelors degree required preferably in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in accounting finance or related industry.
  • Construction experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • A clear and concise communicator able to work seamlessly with clients operations and executive teams.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $75000-$125000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors including: location work experience education training transferable skills business needs and market conditions.
