What you will do:
Collaborate with the project management team to create projects within Oracle cloud.
Collaborate with project team to input complete track and report on change orders.
Monitor and track bi-weekly or monthly project pay activities (CWIP) and vendor invoicing for assisting forecasting capital activities.
Assist project managers to develop forecasts and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy in leadership financial reports. This includes supporting forecasting and monthly close processes with support from Finance to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
Assist with building financial models and reports for accurate tracking and reporting of program financials.
Who You Are:
Degree or diploma in related field such as business engineering or construction.
Minimum of 2 years of experience. Note a combination of education and experience will be considered. Without a degree you are required to have 5 years of experience.
Strong analytical problem-solving and technical skills including the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluate information and data to support management.
Effective interpersonal skills to successfully build relationships with employees internal partners vendors and service providers.
Ability to comfortably work with Microsoft Office software company financial systems enterprise structure and standard operating procedures etc.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Limited travel.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping kneeling light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds) reaching above shoulder repetitive motion typing sitting standing visual requirement (able to see screens detect color coding read fine print) hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
