If youre currently working in roofing sales storm restoration exterior remodeling or another home improvement company you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations the importance of follow-up and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

Hiring throughout the Kansas City metro area including surrounding communities.
Important:
This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments all training team meetings and required office-based business activities are based out of our Lees Summit MO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.
JOB SNAPSHOT

Compensation: $70000$200000
Pay Structure: Weekly Pay Uncapped Commission
Training: Paid Training Provided
Schedule: Daytime evenings and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas City market
Experience: Roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required
What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
- Conduct property inspections and identify potential project opportunities.
- Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
- Present roofing and exterior restoration solutions based on customer needs.
- Explain project recommendations and next steps clearly and professionally.
- Manage customer relationships from the initial appointment through project completion.
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently handle objections and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
- Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a successful customer experience.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- Have direct experience selling roofing or exterior restoration services.
- Understand residential roofing projects and the homeowner sales process.
- Have experience conducting property inspections and identifying project opportunities.
- Know how to build rapport establish trust and communicate recommendations.
- Are comfortable presenting solutions handling objections and closing sales.
- Understand pipeline management and the importance of consistent follow-up.
- Take ownership of your customer relationships and sales results.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Are professional dependable and customer-focused.
- Are motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
Relevant experience includes:
Residential roofing sales
Storm restoration
Insurance restoration sales
Exterior remodeling
Siding and gutter sales
Roofing inspection and sales
D2D roofing sales
Home improvement sales
Currently working for another roofing contractor We want to hear from you. If you already know the industry and have a track record of selling your experience may be exactly what were looking for.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required.
- Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
- Strong communication presentation negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Lees Summit MO reporting office for required training meetings and business activities.
