Job Summary
The Project Consultant
- Leads system planning design and implementation activities including system acquisition and integration projects.
- Conducts consulting engagements such as system assessments process re-engineering and operational improvements.
- Provides direction to clients staff and vendors to resolve project-related issues and challenges.
- Promotes strong client and departmental relationships and serves as a trusted advisor.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare practice and information systems supporting knowledge development and dissemination.
- Participates in grant acquisition and supports research and development initiatives.
- Develops standards methodologies and best practices for departmental use.
- Leads and supports strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
- Participates in meetings committees and task forces as assigned.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to team members and supports professional development.
- Maintains required continuing education and professional competency.
- Promotes service excellence and supports organizational mission vision and values.
Education: Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
Licensure Certification and/or Registration: None required. Life Support: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communications skills knowledge of business practices positive attitude self-motivated ability to work with minimal direction ability to lead and adapt to change. Highly skilled in use of personal computers.

Compensation Range:
$69721.60 - $104582.40Employee pay is based on a variety of factors including qualifications credentials education and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
