H2M architects engineers a multidiscipline architectural engineering environmental consulting firm inMelville NYseeksProject Engineer to join our Civil Engineering ResponsibilitiesDesign and coordination of work on multidiscipline projects ranging from due diligence/site feasibility studies site engineering through regulatory approvals and full site layout and design including site grading and storm drainage roadway design water and sewer infrastructure erosion and sediment hydrology and hydraulic calculations and be knowledgeable of NYSDEC stormwater management and SWPPP project administration including writing reports gathering information writing proposals & correspondence tracking project costs and completing progress engineers opinion of probable costs for designed projects and specifications for public with other engineering and architectural departments within the directly with clients in support and coordination of all project for the on-time on budget high quality technical delivery of all project and QualificationsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related 3D skills Autoturn Excel and Photoshop.5 - 10 years related experience with a specific focus on site development or municipal engineering projects Thorough understanding of the entitlement processes on Long of civil engineering principles and practices of related technical with the design of public infrastructure and public bidding -motivated capable of working independently or within project -spirited focused and able to make independent oral and written communication salary range for this role is $80000 - $120000 employment offer may deviate from this publishedrange based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience specialty knowledge education geography and/or related certifications not related to any applicants characteristics protected by local state or federal law.
