Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $90k- $120k On-site

Konik has partnered with an architectural planning and engineering firm seeking a Project Architect for K-12 educational civic and faith-based project this role the Project Architect/Job Captain will oversee projects from design through completion.

Project Architect / Job CaptainResponsibilities:

• Client relations throughout the project alongside a Project Manager
• Design of educational civic and faith-based project work
• Development and coordination of project documents through all phases of a project from design through construction documents
• Lead and provide guidance to architectural staff throughout projects
• Coordinates design activity between the client departments and consultants.
• Monitors project progress for all disciplines as to the development of the design of the project

Project Architect / Job CaptainQualifications:

• Masters or Bachelors of Architecture
• Registered Architect or the ability to become licensed
• 7 years of experience working on similar projects.
• Adept at design modeling and drafting with Revit
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes design and construction
• Previous experience working on educational projects is ideal
