Project Architect

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Charlotte NC area for a local individual with 5 years experience as a Project Architect or Job Captain with a background in Educational Religious and Commercial Construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits Life insurance a 401K w/ matching bonus potential flexible spending account PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• 5 years of Project Architect or Job Captain experience preferably with Commercial Educational and Faith-based Construction

• Experience with Project Coordination responsibilities including: Project Tracking Client Coordination design documentation etc.

• Knowledge of (and ability to research) building codes related to the design and construction of K-12 Education Higher Education Municipal/Civil Retail Restaurants Commercial Medical Mixed Use and Faith-based construction projects.
• Experience with REVIT is a MUST
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is a MUST
