Job Summary
Role: Project Analyst
Location: Miramar FL - 14700 Caribbean Way Miramar FL
4x a week onsite and remote Fridays
The Project Analyst supports project planning tracking and reporting by analyzing data identifying risks and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role works closely with project managers and stakeholders to maintain transparency and drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocation
Analyze performance data and prepare status reports and dashboards
Identify risks and support mitigation planning
Assist in documentation scheduling and stakeholder communications
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Ensure compliance with project governance standards
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
5-7 years of experience
