Description:

RMF Engineering Inc is seeking is currently seeking a Project Accountant in our Baltimore office.

Responsibilities:

• Processing monthly client invoices preparing daily bank deposits monthly journal entries collections cash receipts account reconciliations financial analysis purchase orders contract administration monthly government reportingand other duties to assist the Controller.

• The successful candidate willhave the ability to make accurate independent decisions possess a positive attitude andbe able toprioritize multipledeadlines.

• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma GED or Equivalent

• Minimum7 years of practical accounting experience

• Accounts receivables and billing experience

• Must have experience with MS Excel

• MS Office experience

• Professional level oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional service contracts administration experience is desirable

• Deltek Vision experience highly preferred
