Job Summary:

As a Programmer at McWane Ductile NJ you will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and maintaining software solutions that optimize our foundry operations. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our systems and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-friendly Power BI Reports that will be used by senior management.
• Write efficient maintainable and well-documented code to meet established standards and guidelines.
• Identify and resolve software defects bugs and performance issues promptly ensuring smooth operation of critical systems.
• Utilize your expertise to develop robust and scalable software applications tailored to the unique needs of our foundry operations.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure data integrity reliability and efficient retrieval crucial for real-time decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Implement and maintain version control using Git to facilitate collaboration among development teams and ensure codebase integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers operations and IT professionals to understand requirements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 Years of experience in programming or a related field.
• Proven experience in Power BI/Power Platform Delphi SQL and Git.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
