Program Supervisor Adult Day HealthBilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese requiredAre you a compassionate healthcare professional and natural leader ready to take the next step in your career We are seeking a Program Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Joyful Living Adult Day Health program in Charlestown Join Our TeamCompetitive salary of $60000$65000Consistent MondayFriday day-shift scheduleNo weekend workMedical dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidays starting on day oneDayforce Wallet for access to earned wages before paydayEmployee referral bonus programPerks at Work employee discount programMeaningful work supporting the health independence and well-being of adults in our communityKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support program staff including interviewing hiring onboarding orientation and ongoing developmentEnsure staff complete required in-service training certifications and continuing educationServe as Program Director in their absence as neededAdvocate for participants rights dignity safety and quality of careRecognize and appropriately respond to signs of abuse neglect or other concerns affecting participant well-beingAssist with compliance related to DHHS requirements and other regulatory and accreditation standardsSupport participant admissions and coordinate staffing schedulesAssist with staff training and professional developmentSupport emergency preparedness evacuation planning and related staff educationProvide administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily program operationsMake recommendations regarding hiring transfers promotions performance and other staffing decisionsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote high-quality participant care and servicesQualificationsBachelors degree in social services or a related field requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience providing direct or indirect support services in a medical healthcare or rehabilitation settingExperience working with individuals with disabilities is preferredPrevious supervisory or leadership experience is a plusStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReliable responsible compassionate and professional approach to workAbility to work effectively as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary teamCommitment to the organizations mission values and participant-centered approachIf you are an organized and compassionate leader who is ready to grow your career in healthcare management we would love to hear from you.
