We are looking for a Program Specialist Talent Intelligence to join our team. This is a hybrid role out of San Jose CA (3 times a week) or remotely across the US reporting to the Director TA Enablement & Operations in the People & Culture this role you will blend a curiosity for recruiting with data analytics to map the global talent landscape and deliver the insights needed to fuel our hiring strategies. Working hand-in-hand with our Talent Intelligence team you will synthesize complex information to support our general and administrative teams and provide a strong foundation for our companys growth.
What youll do (Role Expectations)
- Dive deep into market research to craft comprehensive talent intelligence reports that provide clear insights and support the strategic needs of Recruiting Leadership
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to map global talent pools focusing on competitor intelligence skill trends and labor market dynamics
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to guide hiring strategies optimize sourcing methods and drive OKR success
- Synthesize complex datasets into clean intuitive narratives and visual dashboards for senior stakeholders

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging securing or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 5 years of professional experience in talent intelligence market mapping or talent market research
- Proven ability to marry traditional data analysis methodologies with modern AI platforms translating raw numbers and algorithmic patterns into macro-level industry trends
- Hands-on experience with labor market databases and talent insights tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter TalentNeuron Crunchbase) as well as strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of how macro-employment trends impact tech hiring alongside an eagerness to learn the cybersecurity networking and cloud sectors and the ability to articulate project progress or roadblocks in a productive solution-oriented manner
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience utilizing advanced generative AI tools predictive talent analytics platforms or automated web-scraping models to build real-time talent maps and competitive landscape profiles
- Experience working within a fast-paced high-growth corporate or technology environment
- Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle and core Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse)

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) benefits.
Base Pay Range
$105000 - $150000 USD
