Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is continually partnering with organizations across defense energy federal and aerospace industries. We are seeking experienced Program Schedulers and Project Controls professionals who are interested in future opportunities supporting complex mission-critical programs.
Positions may be remote hybrid or fully on-site depending on client and program requirements. Travel expectations vary by engagement.
Experience Were Looking For
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Open Plan or similar scheduling tools
- Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
- Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
- Familiarity with project controls program controls or planning functions
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
- Experience supporting engineering technical government energy defense aerospace or large-scale capital projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Experience
- ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
- Primavera P
- Open Plan Professional
- Acumen Fuse
- Deltek Cobra
- DOE DoD NNSA Federal or National Laboratory environments
- Active or previous security clearance
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
