As a Program Manager II within PNCs Private Bank organization you may be based in Philadelphia PA; Pittsburgh PA; Charlotte NC or Cleveland OH.

Strategic Advisory Solutions (SAS) provides specialized advice planning expertise fiduciary solutions and Business Owner Solutions that support the Private Banks growth strategy. The Strategy Execution Manager will lead the interconnected work required to advance the SAS strategy and align SAS delivery with the Private Bank Target Operating Model and help to develop the teams talent resources and operating practices that allow specialized advice to scale.

Strong experience translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps measurable outcomes and operational results.
Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams stakeholders dependencies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at building alignment and influencing decisions across senior leaders business partners and functional teams.
Experience designing and implementing new operating models service delivery frameworks shared resources or scalable business processes.
Exceptional program and project management capabilities with a track record of driving accountability and delivering results.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills including delivering concise decision-oriented updates to leadership.
Experience developing talent through coaching mentoring experiential learning and business-led development opportunities.
Proven ability to lead and develop program management professionals and high-performing teams.
Ability to create scalable solutions that improve advisor effectiveness operational efficiency and client service delivery.
Experience in financial services wealth management private banking professional services or a related advisory environment preferred.

Base Salary: $91000.00 $185900.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.

Generally this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 08/21/2026 although it may be longer with business discretion.
