Job Summary
Strategic Advisory Solutions (SAS) provides specialized advice planning expertise fiduciary solutions and Business Owner Solutions that support the Private Banks growth strategy. The Strategy Execution Manager will lead the interconnected work required to advance the SAS strategy and align SAS delivery with the Private Bank Target Operating Model and help to develop the teams talent resources and operating practices that allow specialized advice to scale.

Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams stakeholders dependencies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at building alignment and influencing decisions across senior leaders business partners and functional teams.
Experience designing and implementing new operating models service delivery frameworks shared resources or scalable business processes.
Exceptional program and project management capabilities with a track record of driving accountability and delivering results.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills including delivering concise decision-oriented updates to leadership.
Experience developing talent through coaching mentoring experiential learning and business-led development opportunities.
Proven ability to lead and develop program management professionals and high-performing teams.
Ability to create scalable solutions that improve advisor effectiveness operational efficiency and client service delivery.

- Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads complex programs/projects requiring planning oversight and communication across multiple segments channels or lines of business. Typically program size may reach or exceed $25m.
- Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
- Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
