Job Title: Program Manager Residential Group Home ServicesLocation: Coon Rapids MNSchedule: Monday-Friday daytime business hours with required on-call for all shifts Monday-Friday (early morning evening overnight etc.)due to staffing and program needs. Managers rotate a weekends and holiday on-call expectation with a team of managers; You will be on-call for all shifts on select weekends and holidays as : Starting at $55000 annual salary including Full-Time benefits Paid Time Off and Bonus OpportunitiesJob Summary:The Program Manager is responsible for the management of their assigned program with additional support provided for on-call coverage across other programs. This includes overseeing direct care at the site supervising and training direct care staff and ensuring the quality of services provided to the individuals served. The Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with programming and licensing regulations as well as managing all administrative functions and reporting for the program. Essential Job Duties:Supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)Train Direct Support Professionals run monthly staff meetings write and complete evaluations for DSPsDirect care as needed per program needsLead meetings with parents/guardians teachers and/or work programs and case managersAssist with the development and implementation of person-centered plans and outcomes including writing progress reviews and making recommendations to the team on changesAssist in writing behavioral programming with Director as applicable per person servedCompletion of person served paperwork in compliance with 245DCoordination and attending medical and dental appointments for persons servedDevelop and connect with community resources to ensure successful community integrationOversight of SLSs petty cash persons served petty cash and financial reportsEnsure the home has adequate provisions for household supplies groceries Qualifications:Experience supervising staff in a social service fieldCertificate Associates or Bachelors degree in human services or related field of Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageHave a vehicle with current car insuranceHave an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services clearance from a DHS Background StudyProficiency in spoken and written English LanguageExperience working in with individuals with autism intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosisComfortable providing hands on personal caresmedical needs and lifts/transfers
