Job Summary

This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale programs driving operational excellence and delivering results within scope schedule and budget. This individual will bring strong organizational skills strategic thinking and the ability to navigate the unique demands of the federal government contracting environment. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and overall lead for program execution providing technical schedule and cost direction across all aspects of contract performance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are met on time within budget and in accordance with contract responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the federal government customer maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring consistent overall technical schedule and cost direction for the program ensuring alignment with contract requirements and organizational and direct a team of professionals fostering a collaborative high-performing work environment focused on mission maintain and execute program plans including work breakdown structures schedules budgets and risk management administrative oversight and corporate management across all program functions ensuring compliance with applicable regulations policies and and report on program performance metrics identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize impact on assignments independently within the defined scope of the contract while escalating critical issues as cross-functional teams subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of program program reviews status briefings and other meetings with government clients and internal and mitigate program risks developing contingency plans to address potential all contract deliverables are completed accurately on time and in accordance with quality and Experience:Required:Ten (10) years of project/program management experience with a minimum of five (5) years involving Federal Government ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of a experience providing administrative oversight corporate management and overall technical schedule and cost security clearance (Secret or higher).Desired Skills and Competencies:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or with Agile Scrum or other iterative project management methodologies within a federal government Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
