Job Summary
Position Summary
The Program Manager provides operational oversight of direct care staff and assists in the coordination of residential and/or community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. This position partners closely with leadership to support staffing training compliance scheduling and quality outcomes.
Salary
$50000 $56000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support direct care staff operations
- Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverage
- Conduct routine staff coaching training and performance monitoring
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies state regulations and program standards
- Monitor documentation completion and operational workflows
- Assist with incident follow-up corrective actions and service quality improvement
- Promote a culture of accountability professionalism and person-centered care
- Collaborate with nursing therapy HR and executive leadership teams
- Participate in audits inspections and operational reviews
- Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for persons served and staff
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in healthcare behavioral health rehabilitation residential services or human services preferred
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of staffing coordination and employee supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic systems
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit stand walk bend reach and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to travel between program locations as necessary
- May have exposure to biohazardous materials and healthcare environments
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
