What Youll Do:

The Program Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Foster Care Program leading to the delivery of high-quality behavioral healthcare services to all clients. The Program Manager ensures effective clinical programming is offered and that the programs operation is closely coordinated and integrated with other organizational units and functions; ensures staffing is proportionate to program needs. Assists Access team with matching process. Assists with marketing of TFC program; maintains positive relationships with DSS DJJ and other community agencies provides updated information of bed openings and services. Develops annual operating objectives and strategies consistent with the agencys strategic and annual goals. Program Manager will occasionally carry a caseload as necessitated by staffing adjustments.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree (B. A.) in human services from a four-year College or University
• Minimum of 2 years related experience required.
• Clinical Licensure (LPC LPCA LCSW and LCSWA) and/or Masters Degree in human services health care or management strongly preferred.
• Valid NC Drivers License
