Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Individual should possess experience in the customers involvement pertaining to developing identifying change management to support integration of M&A
• Lead stakeholders from order to cash integration
• Reports weekly/bi-weekly status of Integrations to Senior Leaders
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
• Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
• Solid analytical and computer skills
• Results-oriented metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing supplier collaboration development and compliance
• Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout entire project execution
• Support across multiple time zones specifically West Coast Time
• Travel approximately 20% of role

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; plus five (5) years experience in Program Management
• 5 years experience in an Integration type role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Master Black Belt
• Strong communication skills
• Outstanding team building and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Visio
• Strong computer skills based around project plan smart sheet and Microsoft platforms

The salary range for this position is $110000-$160000 annually.This position is bonus eligible. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications experience education skills certifications and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
