Job Summary

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Program Manager to work onsite in Chicago IL. Please see below for full details--

Job Notes:
-3-6 month contract / extensions and perm conversion possible with good performance
-ASAP start date
-Onsite in Chicago IL
-Drug & Background required.

Responsibilities:
Advance administration & communication skills
Works closely with leadership/and team associates to design implement and operate new process initiatives and/or enhancements
Work to scope overall project plans including key objectives and key results (using OKR (Objective and Key Results) framework)
Lead others through business change and implementation plans. Drives teams to consensus and completion.
Create coordinate implement and drive project plans to completion in alignment with the strategy timelines and objectives of the business
Manages all aspects of projects including scope schedule resources quality costs change and risk.
Proactively anticipate and manage risk.
Holds individuals accountable for project deliverables.
Handles multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Prepare weekly project status reports
Ability to work in an agile ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective.
Take appropriate action on gaps and redundancies across disciplines.

Qualifications:
BS(BA) in the field of Project Management Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
PM should be innovative and highly adaptable
Exhibits superior analytical evaluative organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Interest and willingness to pursue process improvement initiations to increase efficiency
Experience in building strong relationships
Displays strong project management and leadership skills.
Experience supporting enterprise level projects.
Experience leading and coaching technical team members on understanding enacting and adopting Scrum practices
Ability to understand complex technical systems and programs
Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Familiarity with one or more of Agile Scrum Six Sigma also preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage projects using Azure Devops
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote etc.)
Experience with data insights and a working knowledge of Power BI
Preferred candidates will have Agile / Scrum certification(s). PMP or PMI certification is not a requirement but is a nice-to-have.
Excellent oral/written communication and strong meeting facilitation
