What Youll Own
- Own full program lifecycle for medium to large complex programs with full accountability for financial performance and execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers and IPT leads
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Develop and manage program plans schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Monitor financial performance and forecasts and drive corrective action on variances
- Lead program reviews milestone gates (PDR CDR PRR) and status reporting
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree required (Engineering preferred)
- 5 years of program management experience in aerospace or a similar complex manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies and P&L ownership
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent
- Experience with risk management scope control and change management
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel 30-40%
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar certification
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement
