An Agile Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role ensures alignment between business objectives product roadmaps and execution teams while driving Agile best practices program governance risk management and continuous improvement.

• Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate program planning PI planning sprint reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Track program progress dependencies risks and impediments.
• Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum Kanban or SAFe practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers Engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor program metrics budgets timelines and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement transparency and team collaboration.

• Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Jira or Rally.
• Excellent leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Agile certifications (SAFe PMI-ACP CSM or CSP) preferred.
