Outpatient Program Manager(Associate-Fully Licensed Theraptist)Location: Charlton BH Closing date: Open until filledAnnual Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications***$1000 signing bonus at hire; $4000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally those employees seeking Masters licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees. ***Job Description: Responsible for managing the Charlton program and its staff. Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement requirements and staff expectations. Supervise plan and evaluate work activities of assigned staff. Aids in implementation of business strategy from analytical review of SPQM data. Ensures all policies procedures and workflows are followed on a day-to-day basis. Provides clinical services and crisis assessments along as opportunities to backfill when staff is on Hours: Monday Thursday 7 AM 5:30 PM. Competencies: Ability to delegate work supervise and maintain day to day functions of a program. Ability to interpret state and federal rules regulations laws & policies to ensure operations uniformity. Ability to establish program goals strategies and priorities. Clinical skills (Advanced) Ability to interpret data and reports related to Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in behavioral sciences. Fully licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia (LCSW LPC etc.) preferred but associate license accepted (LMSW LAPC etc.). Must have prior supervisory experience.
