Job Summary
Location: Remote/Hybrid CONUS with frequent travel to Arlington VA and other NGB locations.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required; TS/SCI Preferred.
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract supporting the National Guard Bureau. The Program Manager will provide overall contract leadership customer engagement staffing oversight quality assurance and strategic direction while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Military Science Organizational Leadership Training Management Emergency Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years supporting DoD National Guard Combatant Command Joint Staff or Service Component headquarters
- Minimum 5 years managing government contracts
- Experience supervising geographically dispersed personnel
- Experience leading readiness training planning exercise or operational support efforts
- Strong executive communication and briefing skills
- Masters degree
- Former military O-4 through O-6
- Former National Guard J7/J37 experience
- Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) experience
- DRRS JTIMS and JLLIS expertise
