Supervisor Residential Are you looking to build a challenging and rewarding career Join us on our mission to make a positive difference in the lives of and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and servicesCoordinate supervise and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the programEnsure onboarding orientation and ongoing training is deliveredProvide input and feedback in hiring corrective action performance evaluations and termination decisionsFoster positive relations with case managers referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving careMaintain relationships with families guardians and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plansMonitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirementsQualifications:One year of supervisory experience requiredPrevious experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company. Ability to work flexible hours and locations and cover direct care shifts as necessary provide emergency on-call to use general office household and adaptive organizational skills and attention to detailHigh school diploma/General Education Diploma and equivalent work experience of three years or residential services for individuals with disabilities.
