Program Finance Analyst

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strong Program Finance Analyst to join the

NMMES- Navy Maritime Modernization Enterprise Systems team supporting the Program Finance Manager in Norfolk VA. This is a dynamic team focused on innovation and this role you will contribute to impactful projects that drive organizational success and collaborate with cross-functional experts to solve complex challenges. Responsibilities:
Responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting which includes long-term financial planning management reporting and financial trends. Requirements include program cost control and management using cost baselines forecasting customer reporting and invoicing support annual and multi-year planning monthly forecasting and subcontractor financial management and monitoring.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in business finance accounting or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and monitoring or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g. MS Office project management platforms).

Desired:

• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g. PMP CBAP).
• Experience in the companys industry or similar environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
