How youll contribute

A Program Director who excels in this role is responsible for the overall administration planning development and financial operations of the rehabilitation program ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include:

• Oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical financial and administrative performance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
• Develops and manages departmental budgets goals and strategic plans.
• Maintains compliance with federal state and accrediting agencies.
• Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
• Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a bachelors degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required with a masters degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

• Experience: minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration. Experience in inpatient rehab management preferred. Demonstrated leadership communication and strategic planning skills required.
• License: CA Registered Nurse Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist license.
