What You Will Do:

• Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of BHNs Program of Assertive Community Treatment team.
• Coordinate admissions and the delivery of treatment rehabilitation and support services in partnership with the program psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team.
• Develop staffing schedules that ensure appropriate coverage across day evening weekend holiday and on-call hours.
• Lead daily organizational and treatment-planning meetings while continuously evaluating changing needs and coordinating timely clinical responses.
• Oversee comprehensive assessments individualized treatment plans risk plans crisis plans progress notes and other required clinical documentation.
• Provide comprehensive intake risk and crisis evaluations and take appropriate action to support the safety of individuals served and others.
• Provide regular individual and team supervision ensure staff competency in the PACT model and support ongoing professional development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with PACT agency funding-source third-party licensing and Medication Administration Program policies and standards.
• Coordinate care with families residential providers hospitals community partners funding sources and other BHN programs to support continuity and community integration.
• Participate in the programs 24/7 management on-call rotation and provide services across homes hospitals and other community settings as needed.

Who You Are:

• Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a related clinical field required.
• Current clinical licensure required.
• Previous supervisory experience required; at least two years of human-services experience preferred.
• Commitment to individual empowerment personal growth human rights dignity safety and community integration.
• Ability to support individuals with complex and diverse needs including those involved with the forensic system.
• Working knowledge of community resources crisis response risk assessment treatment planning and the PACT model of care.
• Strong clinical judgment cultural responsiveness communication organization collaboration and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle available during working hours to support community-based services and transportation needs required.
