Review and approve evaluations for Direct Support Professionals and other assigned & Employee RelationsCoach employees address performance concerns recommend disciplinary action when appropriate and partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations discipline and SafetyPromote employee safety oversee workers compensation processes assist employees returning to work and ensure compliance with company safety ManagementProgram PlanningServe as the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) when applicable.
