Job Summary

We help individuals with different abilities like intellectual disabilities developmental disabilities physical disabilities autism and mental health conditions in a variety of programs with a focus on providing a person-centered approach.
Qualifications :
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
- Bachelors degree in a Human Services or relatable field of study is preferred but not required.
- At least 1-year full time direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities but not required
- Monitor to make sure all Providers are meeting their COC
- Ensure quality of services in alignment with person centered practices licensing and Dungarvin expectations.
- Demonstrate good decision-making time management and communication skills and be responsible and flexible.
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Valid vehicle insurance
