What You Will Do:
- Provide direct clinical supervisory and consultative services to individuals served families staff and community providers.
- Deliver high-quality community-based care while triaging site workflow and supporting the programs ability to maintain census at capacity.
- Complete comprehensive assessments including risk assessment diagnosis mental status and social functioning in collaboration with providers and significant supports.
- Oversee treatment and aftercare planning determine appropriate referrals and implement the least restrictive clinical response.
- Lead daily and weekly case rounds focused on treatment planning and disposition with program staff and collateral providers.
- Ensure clear timely clinical documentation and approve discharge plans and discharge summaries.
- Consult with BHN Crisis emergency departments inpatient settings and other providers regarding referrals and treatment planning.
- Participate in hiring onboarding training supervision performance management and professional development for staff and interns.
- Collect manage and analyze program data to advance operational goals while maintaining a clean safe and organized treatment environment.
- Provide program on-call coverage as part of the management team rotation.
Who You Are:
- Masters degree in Social Work or an equivalent clinical program required.
- Independent clinical licensure such as LICSW or a comparable clinical license required.
- Experience using a variety of treatment approaches with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges required.
- Crisis-services or inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
- Ability to independently assess and manage complex clinical situations and high-risk needs.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills including mental status examinations and risk assessments.
- Excellent planning organization critical thinking decision-making and team-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with individuals served families and service providers.
