Job Summary
VISTA Technology Services Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Data Analyst to support our PAE RAS Logisticscustomer in Washington D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Support and assist PAE RAS Surface and Undersea Logistics APMPAPM and Logistics team respond to data calls
- Support data management analysis and visualization
- Build dashboards for logistics elements including maintenance schedulingtraining funding sparing supply support
- Prepare and update executive briefs reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Tracking providing status updates and processing a wide variety of tasks to completion
- Create and manage SharePoint pageslists and work flows
- Participateinmeetings
- Work independently and with a team to effectively manage multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-pace work environment
- Paystrict attention to detailprioritize tasks and meetdeadlines
- Participate inteam initiatives as needed and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1years of experience in a program data analystrole supporting DoD/Navy Program Management Office (PMO)
- Excel advance levelexperience (Pivot Tables Lookup Power Queries) to support data management analysis and visualization
- Proficiency using MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) SharePoint and Power BI
- Must be proactive work independently and within a team environment
- Possess excellent communication to build effective working relationships with cross functional teams stakeholders and across programs
- Must be detail oriented organized and able to manage conflictingpriorities
- Active Secret Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a NAVSEA Logistics PMO
- Familiarity with Navy budgeting and cost analysis
- Experience using AI to improve and automate work flows and financial reportingprocesses
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $85000.00 to $110000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTAs total compensation package for employees. This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
