This is great opportunity to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team. As a key member of the finance team the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis support baseline and EAC (Estimate at Complete) development and reviews and work closely with IPT OSC and program office counterparts and leadership. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced growing business and have an opportunity to support multiple domestic and international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle.

This role is being offered as hybrid (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Andover MA. Other allowable locations are: Tucson AZ; Huntsville AL; McKinney TX or FL. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

• Quarterly Estimate at Complete reviews for various programs
• Trend analysis for spend rates & Earned Value
• Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
• Staffing planning for Level of Effort tasks
• Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
• Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team) ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
• Various ad hoc exercises and reporting

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field & less than 2 years of Finance related business experience
• Experience with Excel and/or PowerPoint
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

• Strong attention to detail quality and accuracy
• Independent motivated and able to collaborate across the organization with the ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment
• Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
• Ability to meet critical deadlines with strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic financial understanding

The salary range for this role is 62900 USD - 119700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
