Summary of the Position: Program Coordinator provides direct support to the Hillsborough County program and Program Director. This role is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the program with a strong focus on contract compliance service delivery and participant intake/referral processes.
This position is program-focused rather than administrative emphasizing operational coordination and service support. The Program Coordinator will also perform Advocate duties and must demonstrate reliability commitment and the ability to serve as a positive role model for youth in community school and home settings.
Support day-to-day program operations and administration
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and organizational standard
Coordinate service delivery and assist with participant intake and referral processes
Provide direct support and advocacy services to youth and families
Collaborate with the Program Director and team to meet program goals
Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking including use of EHR systems
Serve as a positive and professional role model in all community interactions
Salary: $45000-$48000
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree preferred
Equivalent experience in a community-based agency may be accepted unless a specific degree is required by a referring authority
Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing personnel and/or budgets
Experience providing home and community-based services
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems a plus
Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) with a plus.
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
