Aroha Technologies is hiring a Program Assistant to support the Grievance & Appeals Department. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative customer service and data entry experience who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and program support to the Grievance & Appeals team.
Receive process and track grievance and appeal cases.
Enter and maintain accurate records in the GARS system.
Respond to inquiries from members providers and internal departments.
Prepare letters reports and other departmental documentation.
Coordinate case files and hearing documentation.
Maintain confidential records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of administrative customer service healthcare or appeals/grievance experience.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Medicare Medicaid or Managed Care programs.
