THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST T32 PDDand is part of the AZ JFHQ ARMY National Guard.
This position is located at the G1 Phoenix Arizona. The purpose of this position is to serve as the analyst and consultant for the management and administration of programs within the directorate or division. Serves as key coordination point for all program requirements. This work requires knowledge and skill in the application of related laws regulations policies acquisition precedents methods and techniques of program and budget analysis and funds management.
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
- ARIZONA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. Prior to appointment into this position selectee must be a current member of the Arizona Army National Guard in a military organization supported by the G1.
- This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing states National Guard required prior to the effective date of placement.
- Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.
- Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.
- Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement.
- Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
- Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
- May be required to successfully complete a trial period.
- Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
- Incumbent must possess and maintain a current state drivers license.
- Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day.
- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012 Public Law 112-81 Subtitle F-Financial Management section 1599d (cont.)
- Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of this certification program.
- This certification requirement is a condition of employment for this position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
Military Grades:
Enlisted: E4/SPC/CPL to E6/SSG
Officer:O-1/2LT to O-2/1LT
Warrant Officer: W-1 to W-3
Compatible Military Assignments: Immaterial
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
1-year specialized experience education or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience education or training which has provided application of practices theories techniques and methods of management. Experience analyzing interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
