Professional Training and Coaching Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Professional Training and Coaching Specialist to join our this role you will design and deliver engaging training programs provide one-on-one and group coaching and help employees or clients develop the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their professional goals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for learning leadership and personal Responsibilities Design develop and deliver training programs for employees and clients. Conduct virtual and in-person workshops seminars and coaching sessions. Assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback. Create training materials presentations and learning resources. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Coach individuals and teams to improve performance communication and leadership skills. Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress reports. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in professional Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field preferred. Previous experience in training coaching learning and development or a related role. Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Ability to motivate mentor and inspire individuals from diverse Skills Training or coaching certification is a plus. Experience developing online learning content.
