Professional Surveyor (Topographic/Boundary Surveys Right of Way Plans) - Youngstown OH #26-00462
Salary Range: $80K - $100K Full-timePermanent Position with Benefits.
A long-standing surveying and engineering company is seeking to hire a Professional Surveyor to perform field and office duties to complete surveying and mapping projects throughout Ohio.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

REQUIREMENTS
- Registration as an Ohio Professional Surveyor.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team/crew.
- Experience with ODOT Surveying and Mapping Specifications.
- Prequalification as an ODOT Right of Way Designer and/or Reviewer.
- Ability to prepare review adhere to project budgets schedules.
- Seeking candidates that have good organizational & time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Experience with one or all: GNSS Robotic Total Stations Terrestrial Scanners data collectors automatic levels drones.
- Proper care maintenance calibration of field equipment.
- Use of computer systems and software including: MS Office Word Excel Trimble Business Center Open Roads Designer. (Civil 3D optional).
- Experience researching property road records chain of title easements.
- Ability to determine alignments and property boundaries by resolving field evidence and record documents.
- Preparation of legal descriptions closure reports.
- Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving history.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
