Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision boundary utility and topographic field surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology.
- Process raw field data into accurate detailed base maps for engineering design teams.
- Direct boundary analysis resolution legal descriptions and boundary map preparation.
- Oversee and manage ODOT Right-of-Way (ROW) plan development workflows and deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project timelines quality standards and client specs are met.
- Active Professional Surveyor (PS) registration in the State of Ohio (Required).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience conducting boundary topographic and utility field surveys.
- Proven track record in developing comprehensive engineering base maps from field survey data.
- Deep understanding of boundary determination methods land records and legal property descriptions.
Requirements
- Active prequalification in ODOT Right-of-Way (ROW) Plan Development.
- Direct experience successfully leading and completing ODOT survey projects.
