Build strong relationships with business partners both within and outside of organization demonstrating unyielding ownership and accountability and using these strengths to influence the direction of the business. Responsible for managing regional projects from an operations point of view and leading the conceptualization design development and implementation of the solutions that champion and/or support. Manage alignment and communication between stakeholders subject matter experts executives and other internal groups. Leveraging industry trends best practices and leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas. Leading and implementing change management initiatives influencing decisions through collaboration leadership and a customer-focused approach. Providing functional subject matter expertise and technical leadership around business systems and processes. Demonstrating working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). International and domestic Travel Required 15%. 40 hours/week.

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration information systems economics management information systems or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.n2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:nnWorking with supply chain processes including supply chain diversification identifying suppliers and risk mitigation to optimize supply/demand strategies across all business process solutions with a focus on logistics using warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP)nUtilizing ERP systems WMS and Transportation Management Systems including TMS to support manufacturing operations specifically to manage inventory forecast supply and plan material purchasing and product SAP to transact on purchase orders and to query data and validation and user acceptance testing for business process solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operationsnLeading collaborations between IT and business stakeholders to implement test plans for developed Supply Chain toolsnCreating business requirement documents and capturing enhancement requests to establish structured processes to guide development and process business process re-engineering initiatives including creating project plans defining scope and milestones managing project budgets and ensuring timely project delivery.
