An outstanding full-time opportunity is currently available for a Land Surveyor Lead with at least 10 years of experience working on boundary surveys final maps ALTA surveys and GPS Control surveys. Job Description:

• This position is an office role including managing junior staff
• Responsibilities include client contact data management boundary determination construction layout calculations construction staking legal descriptions layout calculations file preparation GPS control surveys and field staking calculations

Required work experience includes:

• California Land Surveyor License is Required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in boundary surveys final maps ALTA surveys GPS Control surveys and construction staking is Required.
• Experience working with Trimble field products is Required
• Extensive knowledge and experience in AutoCAD/LDD technology is Required
