We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Development Credentialing Coordinator & Provider Coach to support high-quality early intervention services in our Space Coast Early Steps program. This role is key to strengthening services for children from birth to age three and their families.
In this position you will work directly with Early Steps providers to enhance their delivery of evidence-based home visiting and embedded intervention practices. Youll provide coaching facilitate professional development monitor practice fidelity and collaborate with leadership to ensure meaningful outcomes for families and young children.
What youll be doing
Participate in FL-EPIC trainings coaching communities and fidelity review activities
Co-facilitate provider workshops on home visiting and embedded intervention practices
Deliver individualized coaching and ongoing feedback to Early Steps providers
Review home visit videos and/or conduct observations to assess fidelity of implementation
Collect analyze and report data related to coaching implementation and family/child outcomes
Collaborate with local leadership to support service quality and long-term sustainability
Support providers in building family capacity and promoting positive social-emotional development in young children
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a field related to Part C early intervention services
Knowledge of IDEA Part C and Florida Early Steps system
Experience providing early intervention services in natural environments
Experience working with adult learners
Strong communication collaboration organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Zoom and other relevant technology tools
Advanced knowledge of evidence-based routines-based early intervention practices
Experience coaching mentoring or facilitating professional development
Experience collecting and analyzing implementation and outcome data
Advanced technology skills including video platforms and secure file-sharing systems
An energetic resourceful and professional individual who will promote a positive respectful and team-based environment
Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required to drive for program related business
