• 10 years of professional experience in leadership learning & development HR consulting marketing communications business development client relationships or a related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to lead thoughtful one-to-one conversations.
  
• Self-directed and proactive with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
  
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to work within established systems and processes.
  
• A genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
  
• Comfortable with an independent performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
  
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
