Production Worker – Concrete Construction

$20.00 per Hour Full-Time Year-Round Work

PHYSICALLY DEMANDING HANDS-ON WORK MUST BE COMFORTABLE GETTING DIRTY!

Nesco Resource is hiring hardworking dependable Production Workers for an established precast concrete manufacturer.

This is NOT a light-duty manufacturing or assembly position. This is a physically demanding industrial job involving concrete steel heavy materials dirt dust and rugged working conditions.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy physical labor working with their hands and staying active throughout the day.

Experience in construction landscaping roofing farming masonry concrete work or heavy industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.

• 6:00 AM4:30 PM

• 9:00 AM6:00 PM

• Overtime may be available

• Preparing heavy concrete molds and forms

• Handling and tying rebar and reinforcing steel

• Pouring spreading and finishing concrete

• Removing concrete products from molds

• Using hand tools and power tools

• Lifting moving and positioning materials

• Cleaning equipment molds and production areas

• Working in a rugged industrial environment with dirt dust and concrete

• Comfortable performing heavy physical labor for an entire shift

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently bend stand climb and move materials

• Willing to get dirty and work in a demanding industrial environment

• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and construction materials

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures

• Construction landscaping farming concrete or industrial experience preferred but not required

• $20.00 per hour

• Full-time year-round employment
