Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Underwriter specializing in Energy and Natural Resources to join a dynamic and collaborative team. • Salary Range: $100000 - $200000 (depending on experience)

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of energy-related accounts including upstream midstream and downstream risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive business growth
• Evaluate and analyze complex risks to provide tailored underwriting solutions
• Collaborate with the underwriting team and back-office staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of submissions
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand the agencys presence in the energy sector
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

• Experience: Proven underwriting experience in the energy sector with a focus on upstream midstream and downstream risks
• Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex risks
• Soft Skills: Calm demeanor sociable collaborative and a strong cultural fit with the team
• Education: Relevant professional designations and licenses preferred
• Technology: Proficiency in underwriting software and tools
• Travel: Minimal travel required
