Production Technician
Position Overview
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician I to assist with the cleaning and packaging of aerospace sheet and plate materials. This position supports daily production operations by ensuring materials are properly cleaned handled and packaged according to established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean aerospace sheet and plate materials according to established work instructions.
- Package finished materials to help ensure they are protected during storage and transportation.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage scratches or other defects.
- Follow all safety procedures and established production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
- Inspect materials for visible damage or irregularities and report concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable punctual and able to work effectively in a production environment.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and handling requirements.
- Ability to work the assigned schedule and occasional overtime.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with occasional overtime as needed.
