Job Responsibilities:

- Completion of general safety training.
- Completion of ISO training.
- Completion of Forklift safety training.
- Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines.
- Familiarity with packaging specifications.
- Identify quality issues and report to Production Lead.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again.
- Maintain an organized supply of production supplies and report any shortages to Production Lead.
- Prepare for shift and proactively plan for items needed during production to minimize lost time.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Production Lead.

Skills / Experience / Education Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs.
- Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
- Basic math skills required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

- Light manufacturing conditions
- Steel toed boots
- safety eyewear
- long pants may be required.
- Chemicals may be utilized during our manufacturing process.
